💪🏽 For those that think that lifting heavy is going to automatically turn you into a buff bodybuilder it doesn’t work like that. That takes many things including eating in a surplus while lifting very heavy weights over a long period of time. There’s no secret to this happening overnight. So if you’re afraid to put on muscle don’t be. Having a higher percentage of muscle mass will have you scoring body goals of looking leaner, with more of an hour glass look, tapered back, and a more shredded core. The list goes on.
Get you some extra fine results by having discipline to stick to the habits that will allow you to achieve your dream bod. Stop dreaming, start doing. Go full force in animal style. 😜

Do you live that meal prep life? Meal prep can save you lots of time & money. So you can focus on enjoying other aspects of life versus spending so much time in the kitchen & grocery store.

Getting sunlight outside early in the day is the best way to set up your circadian rhythm for the day. Factors like light, temperature and when you eat affect your circadian rhythm when it comes to your sleep- wake cycle, etc. On top of that doing this will help you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Get those rays in early.

Both indoor and outdoor cycling offer a wide range of positive health benefits. However there is a vast difference between the two. Indoor cycling gives you more control over how intense your workout is, without having to worry about traffic or potholes and things of that nature. You may increase or decrease the resistance. On top of this you can incorporate weights and fun dance moves.
With outdoor cycling You can get fresh air, surround yourself in nature, get Vitamin D from the sun. It can be dangerous to do around busy traffic times of the day. This can also be a form of transportation to get somewhere while working out which is a double win.

Want to have a good workout but can’t find or get to a gym. You can’t go wrong with having a sweat sesh in the sun at the beach. You can spend your whole life wishing or working for what you want. When you sit around wishing and hoping, you’re coming from a scarcity mindset because you’re acting as though you’re missing something. When you put in the consistent work to get to where you want to be, you’re one step closer to actually reaching your goal.
Your daily habits and actions will define who you are, not what you say you’ll do, not what you promise to do better, your actions speak volumes to your character.

Drop it low. How low can you go?
Do as the ball says and escape your limits. Keep your feet shoulder width apart or a little wider stance, keep a medicine ball at chest level, and squat low to the floor as if you’re sitting back into a chair. Keep your thighs parallel to the ground, you can go lower as there are different comfort levels for everyone when squatting, but this is known to be good for overall form and easier on the knees. If you know, you know. Sharing good form is caring. <3

When in doubt stretch it out.
It feels good to stretch because when you do this you’re keeping your fascia flexible and oxygenated. Your fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles, organs, and b- vessels throughout your body.

There’s a first time for everything. Yesterday it was my first time at a dog beach. Have to say it was a sweet experience.
Swimming whether in a pool or the ocean offers such a great workout as it works nearly every single major muscle group in our body. So if you’re trying to do some major cardio or achieve that toned look swimming is a great idea.

What the flip?!
That’s right, tire 🛞 flips are an excellent exercise for building muscle and getting your cardio in at the same time. Aim for about 3-5 sets x 6-10 reps. You can gauge how many is appropriate due to how heavy and challenging the tire is to lift. It’s always a good idea to push yourself, but not strain yourself. With that said happy tire flipping.

1) Lunges. Doing this will increase flexibility in your hip flexors and quads.
2) Bent Leg Lunge
