Milk 210ml, egg 1pc, egg white 1pc, flour 190g, butter 30g, vanilla and salt 1g each, sugar 30g, baking powder 15g.
In a big bowl, whisk an egg with sugar, salt, and vanilla. Then add warm milk, melted butter, and whisk again. Gradually add sieved flour and baking powder, whisking until smooth. Fry as usual pancakes🍳
