El primer vídeo largo, trata de ejercicios que puedo realizar en con la mesa de casa, tratamos de enfatizar el trabajo en la zona del bicep, un musculo que suele costar a la hora de trabajarlo en el suelo. Muchas variantes salen desde las posiciones mostradas en el vídeo, como así también ejercicios con sus respectivos musculo secundarios en compromiso. Tambien es una buena alternativa para desglosar actividades de flexiones de brazos! En casa podemos realizar todos los ejercicios necesarios para mantenernos en forma ( mi cuerpo es el ejemplo de ello ) Sólo hay que meterle voluntad!.
En el segundo video corto, como mencioné anteriormente, ejecutó las actividades abdominales que considero más benefactoras.

Sabrán identificar que estamos buscando variantes para aumentar la carga de la actividad y la especificación del musculo que querramos influenciar o acentuar. Cabe recalcar que los tiempos que manejo don de 10 seg entre serie de actividad, y la cantidad de repeticiones que yo muestro es la que tolera mi cuerpo. En algunas personas pueden ser más o menos!
