My face is swollen but feeling pretty good. Had deviated septum surgery and they scraped my sinuses. Been struggling with breathing for years and finally had time to get it fixed. Mom flew out to help take care of me and see the house/Seattle. How’s everyone doinnn

Back home from work travel for a few weeks.
You know I’ve been off and on social media - I was spending so much of my life scrolling. Judging myself next to what other people were doing. Missing things that were going on around me. I would not sit through a dinner with friends without checking my phone.
Really I was checking to see if any of the few boys I had been talking to had messaged. Or if any new boys had sent something. It was controlling my life - taking a step back and setting limits and goals for myself has helped so much. It changes every day but I can say I feel much better about how my phone is in my life now than before. And If anything - don’t be so hard on yourself. When you do scroll for hours that’s okay. Even if you do it every day for a year. That’s okay. Don’t be mad at yourself if judge yourself for doing it. I was really beating myself up about it. And sometimes binging something mindless like scrolling or tv or gaming or whatever is what your mind needs no matter how much or how long you did it.

Thanks for checking in everyone - feeling much better after a few weeks of taking space. If I can offer any advice - only use your phone when you have intention to do something specific with it. You have to allow yourself time to think. Will be using this page as behind the scenes stuff as intended. More content coming soon. :) ❤️
