You can straighten the other leg for more of a stretch on the bent leg. - Supine Hamstring Stretch: Focuses on hamstrings. Lift your leg as far as you can while keeping it straight then hold it. Point your toes for more stretching. - Lying Quad Stretch: Focuses on quads. Can also do this standing up. Lift bent leg above bed for extra stretch.
