Spoilers from episode five below so read no further if you haven’t seen it yet! ⚠️ Absolutely my favorite episode of the Mandalorian thus far. I loved the art direction in this episode. It was dark, moody, and beautiful. I loved the spaghetti western mixed with a samurai flick vibes and the Forbidden City vibes. Ahsoka was incredible, such a badass! They definitely did her justice and I hope we see more of her in the future (spin off perhaps?) And the thought we might be seeing Grand Admiral Thrawn in the future is so exciting! As someone who grew up reading expanded universe books, it’s great to see that his time has finally come! What did you think?
