Yesterday on the way to the gym my back (to the left of my right shoulder blade) started having intense pain, especially when I took a breath. Because of the pain the only exercise that felt OK was hip thrusts 😅 when I was in the woods I was sleeping in really awful conditions and eating about 700 calories a day.. I think that’s what caused the back pain 🥴 THEN I got rear ended yesterday evening by a homeless man renting a car. Thank god everyone is ok… but I don’t think it helped my back… so taking today off from the gym 😅 if anyone has any tips please let me know!!! 💓
