Still taking everything day by day, and trying so hard to be kind to myself. I am feeling better with the sleep I have been getting so that’s helpful. The change in medicine is giving me these wicked headaches and random wants to cry hahaha but it’s helping my sleep and that’s helping overall ☺️🌿
