I sincerely apologize for my lack of posts, talking, messaging, literally everything. In all honesty I have been a the struggle bus.

I’ve tried everything this last week to get some sleep, and ended up with 3 hours last night. I have these horrible night sweats that soak, and I mean soak through everything. I have to change my clothes multiple times a night. I even sleep with towels. This has been an ongoing problem for the last 5 years BUT Im on week 3 of it being a constant, every night event.. It leaves me on this autopilot feeling because I’m so tired, and then I barely get things done around the house. I have even taken photos numerous times to post here and then still don’t because I’ll forget/get distracted 😅🥺 I make it to the gym so that I don’t absolutely turn into a pile of goo, but the last couple weeks have just been a different kinda sad. It sucks. I’m absolutely determined to change it. I have ANOTHER appointment with a Hormone Dr coming up, as well as one with my own. I need this to change. It’s no joke ruining my very blessed life and my relationship with y’all. I am absolutely not myself these last couple weeks, and I see it everyday. Driving me more crazy that I recognize it and STILL can’t make the feels go away hahaha

If y’all have any tips on getting a better sleep, this isn’t cbd or thc related I’m all ears 🥹
