Added 2020-04-17 12:17:49 +0000 UTCLil pole practice 💋 even though I'm nowhere near a passable level of fitness for this yet I am so proud of how much strength I've gained in the last couple weeks of practicing at home! I can now happily lift my own body weight (I'm 6ft I ain't light lol)
