Instructions for those who want to do a twine like me! 🧘♀️ It takes time and patience, but the results are definitely worth the effort. Here are my proven steps:
1️⃣ Warm-up: Never start stretching on cold muscles! Do a light warm-up (running in place, leg swings, jumping jacks) for at least 5-10 minutes to warm up your body 🔥
2️⃣ Basic exercises:
- Inclines to straight legs - 3 approaches of 30 seconds each. Pull yourself up to your feet, feeling the muscles stretching out.
- Butterfly - sit with your soles together and gently pull your knees towards the floor. Hold for 1 minute.
- Lunges - this is a key exercise! Do deep lunges, trying to pull your back leg back to lengthen your hip. Hold for 30 seconds for each leg.
- Longitudinal and transverse twines - gradually try to go lower without doing jerks. Hold the pose for 30 seconds and gradually increase the time ⏳
3️⃣ Consistency:
- Stretching requires regularity! Exercise 3-4 times a week, but without fanaticism - muscles need to recover 💪
4️⃣ Patience and breathing:
- Take your time and breathe deeply in each pose. Stretching is not only a physical process but also a mental one. Calm breathing will help you relax and go deeper into the stretch 🌬️
I've been through all the steps myself, so I know for sure - results will come if you practice mindfully. Will you give it a try?😉
