The first ever - any kind of pole content - I posted here !!!
Omggggg I was so excited to get my pole… and I thought I was gonna use it everyday and be so into it… and for a while I did… and then I messed up my foot so bad and it was so swollen and bruised for a month … and then I literally never got back on it again :)
Because I am very consistent and good at working out !! 😭😂 (obviously sarcasm in that last line if you couldn’t tell…) 🫣😓
