





I just woke up from a nap… 😬🥲
Whenever I nap I always sleep for wayyy wayyy too long !! 😭
I fell asleep around 3pm… and set so so so many alarms !! 😭 like literally an alarm every 5 minutes - until 6 pm because I was like “ok that’s the absolute LATEST” I wanna wake up…
Long story short every time an alarm went off I would snooze it and go back to sleep so that was extremely helpful and productive… I need a better method to wake myself up 😭 and it’s not that I’m necessarily a HEAVY sleeper - I just am incredibly hard to get up out of sleep… 😭😭😭 ESPECIALLY when I don’t want to…
