







My whole life I’ve had people tell me about how meditation is so great and how I should really try it and give it a shot because it might help me…
I have literally always been the type of person that’s like “meditation doesn’t work for me” blah blah blah
I never really tried it too in depth… but the few times I have tried it, I get so down on myself because I get distracted every 2 seconds !! and I just simply feel like I ~ can’t ~ do it : I can’t meditate !!!
This morning I tried to meditate for 10 minutes ( with a guided audio because no wayyy in hell I can even attempt that on my own !!! ) and the same thing happened… yknow I kept getting distracted and down on myself about not just being able to clear my mind and breathe… but I really want to keep up with it :) I know with time and practice I’ll get better and be able to focus more !! :3 ♡
Do you meditate / have you ever tried meditation? And was it difficult at first // has it helped you? I’m curious about your experiences with it !! :)
