Today I tried gazpacho for the first time.😍 Gazpacho is a traditional dish of Andalusian cuisine, a light cold soup made of pureed fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Although I'm not much of a spicy eater, I liked it so much I'll be ordering it more often. Did you know that gazpacho in Spain originated from a simple meal of a poor rural laborer in the VIII century - soaked in water stale bread, olive oil, vinegar, crushed almonds and garlic, but the prototype of gazpacho is considered to be a kind of ancient Roman "turia" of bread, olive oil and water.🤔 I think maybe I'll try to make it myself? I hope I can do it, it's not as hard to make as I think. What was the last dish you ate that you liked? 😋😋😋😋😋
