I haven’t ever violated any of the tiktok TOS and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Unfortunately people can exploit the report system and weaponise it if they have enough people and/or the use of bots. I know that in some instances such as a friend of mine who has 3mill on the platform got wrongly banned in the same way last week due to mass reports from hate groups and he asked his followers to help him contact tiktok and get them to act on the situation and his account was reinstated the next day. So I’m hoping some of you would be able to help!! Someone has sent me a template that everyone can send to legal@tiktok.com which if enough of you do, we might have some luck in recovering the account. I will of course reward anyone who helps with a bonus spicy gift in DM! Here’s the template: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to ask you to look into the termination of the account “peaachycat”. This account was wrongly removed due to a malicious use of your reporting system by certain online groups. Particularly those attributing to discrimination against disabled people, as the creator is autistic and makes content regarding her condition on the platform. I believe this account should be reinstated because the creator has caused no wrongdoing to anybody using your platform and has been wrongly removed without having any chance to have a say or appeal the decision. I hope these reasons are taken into consideration. Sincerely,
