While it was nice getting that task done, I was craving some much needed time outdoors away from screens today. Spent a big chunk of my morning out in the gardens, watering and fertilizing. I harvested my first cherry tomato of the season! And my youngg magnolia tree (*that I planted in memory of my Nanay*), is sprouting lots of new leaves ๐ฅฐ. I know she would be proud of my green thumb ๐. For lunch, got treated to chicken udon noodles and taro boba milk tea ๐. I go to my local ramen/boba house so frequently that the owners welcome me by name ๐. I love supporting small, local businesses because they truly value their customers and I feel treated like family whenever I come by โบ๏ธ. After lunch, had to stock up on pet food and cat litter - which has gone WAY up in price (*yay inflation*). Please know that Iโm extremely grateful for every single monthly subscription, tip, PPV purchase, and tokens from CB because the majority of it all goes towards putting a roof over my head and food on the table - for both me and all my pets. So thank you! โค๏ธ Since the weather was nice all day, I spent the rest of the afternoon washing and detailing my car, and itโs sparkly clean โจ. I usually dread this task, but I always feel better when itโs done. Finished my evening off with cooking fettuccine alfredo with chicken and mushrooms for dinner - yum! ๐ฝ I find myself wanting to finish off a few more chores before bed, but Iโm going to force myself to take it easy the rest of the night. Iโm thinking some skincare and reading will help me relax ๐ I know my inbox is a little full at the moment, but Iโll get back to answering messages starting tomorrow. Thanks for your patience ๐ค.
