I would recommend buying some on Etsy as opposed to Amazon. Cuffs attach to the lashing straps via carabiners. The wand holder is simply drilling the track into the table and then assembling the arm ontop of the track. Based on my experience with the table I would now recommend a piece of supporting wood under the table to drill the screws into for stability.
