

Hit the gym earlier…. It was leg day. Actually specifically glutes and hammies. It was a rough one today. Here’s what I did:
3 sets of 12 Glute drive superset with landmine squats.
3 sets of 12 reverse hack squats
3 sets of 12 dumbbell step ups superset with hip thrusts.
3 sets of 10 leg curls (pyramid set)
3 sets of 12 cable kickbacks superset with lunges
