I don’t normally stay at night bc of the minions, but after about 8 million setbacks and flukes in our day, it was basically all the bosses working to feed everyone. Sometimes restaurant life is bonkers and I’ve gotten settled the last few years into a kinda “normal” ish life but tonight took me back lol. Just gonna drink 3 gin and tonics then get back to you 💋
