

This is one of those real life pics of me… some of you may not be interested but that’s ok, feel free to always just scroll past anything you’re not interested in 😉 One of the things I do as a pastry chef is work closely with all the local farmers. We visit farms and get our products directly from the source. Here I’m cutting some lavender, that I’ll use for several different things, and I’ll dry some as well. They have 4-5 different varieties of lavender here and I love experimenting with the different nuances in flavours.
