Normally as executive pastry chef, I would work M-F from 8ish to 6-8pm, as I had assistants to open super early and then others to work plating desserts during dinner service, but we can’t hire everyone back yet so my schedule is gonna be all over the place for a while. It’s interesting being back at work knowing basically EVERYONE has seen my pussy, but thankfully everyone is still cool, and the ones I like still smack me on the ass and offer the mild, fun kind of sexual harassment that kitchen people are used to haha.
