One of the things I do as part of my job as an executive pastry chef for fancy restaurants and hotels is to work with local farmers to get all the best/freshest ingredients to use. So, over years we become friends with farmers and visit their farms to sample things, plan out new crops etc. Does anyone know what fruit I’m checking out here?? Sidenote: I used to have a fling with one of my favourite farmers... sooo sexy under the dirt and denim 😻
