I used to hate walking.
Like… I seriously didn’t get the point. Why go anywhere if you can stay cozy in bed, right? 😅
But then I read this article that said walking for 2 hours a day helps your brain generate ideas. Real ideas. The good kind - the kind that sneak up on you when you're not trying too hard.
So I tried. No music, no rush. Just walking. And it felt… different. Softer. Calmer. Like my head had more space inside.
Now I do it almost every day. And I don’t always find the next big idea - but I do find me.
If you ever feel stuck or cloudy… just walk. Slowly. No pressure. Let your thoughts stretch out a little.
Anyway… just me sharing something small from today 🩵
What clears your mind when life feels loud?
