Exposure to loud sounds can cause temporary OR permanent hearing loss. The louder the sound, the shorter the amount of time it takes for damage to occur! π
Repeated exposure to loud sounds can cause chronic, permanent damage to the hair cells in the inner ear!
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommends that people not be exposed to noise levels above 85 decibels (dB) for more than 8 hours per day! β±
Wear earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones to help protect your ears from loud sounds!! π§π«Άπ»

Generally, it is recommended that men limit their alcohol intake to no more than 2 drinks per day, and women to no more than 1 drink per day.
However, its advised to avoid alcohol consumption as much as possible for overall health!

If you don't eat, you might feel sluggish or lightheaded when you exercise and we don't want that! π₯±β
